Terms and Conditions Version 1.0 - 18th October, 2007.    

  1. treasureualways.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, remove or edit any memorial page at any time without any notice.

  2. The user can request for the memorial page to be removed at any time.

  3. The memorial page will be available for a period of one year free of cost. Further extensions to this would be at the sole discretion of treasureualways.com.

    c). The memorial page/tributes/discussions on forums/photographs should NOT be

    - Against any religion/race/disability/gender/sexual preferences..
    - Insulting, defamatory, obscene, indecent or offensive.
    - That of any living person and should not cause any annoyance, discomfort, mental agony or anxiety.
    - Cause any disruption to the computer systems of treasureualways.com or any one else.
    - Should not be racial or depict people in a stereotype.

  5. The use of the website does not rest any proprietary rights to the user or his/her descendants.

  6. treasureualways.com makes no warranty that the website is free of Computer Virus, or any system importing software, cookies or that the website would operate without any errors or interruptions.

  7. The terms and conditions will be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All users Irrevocably submit to the judiciary of the courts of the Republic of India.
